Five Beat Weave
This page concentrates on teaching you the five beat weave. I have searched on youtube for the best tutorials and thought these the best. Please if you find others, leave them in the comments section so I can add them. What works for one person, doesn’t always work for another.
Before you begin to learn the five beat weave, please make sure you already know how to do the three beat weave. I also strongly urge you to learn the five beat weave very early in your hooping journey. It is much harder to learn later on.
