Red Deer Hoopers

Are you a hula hooper or interested in learning how to hula hoop?  There is a vibrant and growing hula hoop community in Red Deer and we are trying to introduce as many people as we can to the beauty of hoop dance.

If this is something that would interest you, please feel free to join us on one of our excursions.  At most of the meet ups there will be extra hoops for people to learn on.  The really nice part is that the meet ups are 100% free.

On top of the meet ups that are organized, I also offer hula hoop lessons in the Red Deer area, both private and group.  They range from beginner to intermediate.
